Delivery Address Requirements

Please note: Our courier services do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

A valid physical street address must be provided at checkout.

Orders submitted with a PO Box or Parcel Locker address may experience dispatch delays, as our team will need to contact you via email to request an alternative delivery address before your order can be dispatched.

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available to eligible locations, subject to minimum order values and delivery conditions.

Interstate Delivery Fees

Due to the bulky nature of our products and interstate freight costs, the following flat delivery fees apply:

  • Western Australia (WA): $55

  • Tasmania (TAS): $84

  • Northern Territory (NT): $84

These delivery fees apply regardless of order value.

Regional & Remote Deliveries

Additional freight charges may apply to regional and remote locations, depending on the delivery address and order size.
